2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the majority of the concentration/forced labor camps in Europe. The Picture of Unreality: Camp Liberation and Liberators exhibition will open April 2 and will highlight the liberated and the liberators.
Drawn from the holdings of the Holocaust Museum & Learning Center, the exhibit focuses on contact between the liberated and the liberators. Three events will be held in conjunction with the exhibit:

Introductory remarks and post-screening discussion by Lou Baczewski, film director & grandson of the subject, and Louis “Louch” Baczewski, of the 3rd Armored Division, Sherman Tank Crew, liberators of Nordhausen Concentration Camp
