Educating and Empowering

The Lab explores historical and contemporary moments of bias, hatred, and genocide through the lens of the Holocaust and empowers visitors to act as Active Allies to stand up and speak out against injustice.

Change Begins with Us

Challenging systemic issues and fostering civic pride “begins with us” here in St. Louis. The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum is in a position not only to empower, but to give visitors the tools to make a change in the community. The Museum puts first-person stories at the forefront – just like our survivors, liberators, and witnesses, everyone has their own story to tell. Those stories make our St. Louis.

Several funders made the Change Begins With Us project possible including the Estate of John D and Sally S Levy, The Tilles Foundation and the Dana Brown Charitable Trust, U.S. Bank Trustee.
