What is Hate Ends Now?
Hate Ends Now is a powerful traveling exhibition presented inside a historic replica railcar, or “cattle car,” such as those the Nazis used during the Holocaust. This immersive, multi-media experience spotlights the devastating consequences of hatred during the Holocaust and challenges visitors to reflect on its relevance today.
When will the exhibition be at the Museum?
Hate Ends Now will be on view at the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum from Wednesday, September 10 through Sunday, September 14, 2025.
Hours:
- Wednesday–Friday & Sunday: 10 am–4 pm (final ticket sold at 3:30 pm)
- Saturday, September 13: Extended hours, 10 am–7:30 pm (final ticket sold at 6:30 pm)
How long is the experience?
This is a timed-entry program lasting approximately 35 minutes. Visitors should expect to stand for 25 minutes during the presentation.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Yes. Due to high demand and limited availability for each time slot, tickets must be purchased in advance. Walk-up sales will not be available.
How much are tickets?
- General Admission: $5
- Holocaust Survivors & Children Under 10: Free of charge, but tickets must be reserved in advance by contacting Zach Turner at zturner@stlholocaustmuseum.org.
What does my ticket include?
Tickets are for the Hate Ends Now experience only. They do not include admission to the Museum’s Permanent Holocaust Exhibition or Special Exhibition. If you purchase tickets for multiple experiences in the same order, bundle pricing will be automatically applied at checkout.
When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled entry time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your ticketed time, your tickets will be moved to the next available time slot.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Please enter the Museum building through security. You will redeem your tickets at the front desk and receive further instructions.
Is the exhibition recommended for children?
This exhibition is not recommended for children under the age of 10 due to its sensitive content. Parents and guardians are encouraged to call 314-442-3711 with questions before booking.
Is the exhibition accessible?
Yes. An accessibility pathway is available for entry into the exhibition.
- There are three pop-up seats available upon request for those who cannot stand for the full 25-minute presentation (first come, first served).
- A transcript of the audio is available upon request.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
No. All ticket sales are final. Due to the high demand and limited capacity for this program, refunds are not available.
