The nominee and nominator will be notified before publication.
The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum reserves the right to disqualify any nominee or submission that does not adhere to the guidelines or that is deemed inappropriate.
Any personal information collected through this form will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Lutz Humanitarian Award and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
