Training Options (Virtual or In-Person)
1. Communicating in Crisis: How to Engage in Hard Conversations in the Workplace
This 90-minute workshop helps participants develop the skills to navigate difficult and sensitive conversations in professional settings. It focuses on addressing bias, fostering value-based discussions, and framing challenging dialogues with empathy and clarity.
2. Intro to Media Literacy: In the Workplace and Beyond
This training introduces participants to the core principles of media literacy, helping them critically evaluate information in both professional and personal contexts. It provides tools to navigate the complex media landscape and make informed decisions.
3. Why Words Matter: Combating Dehumanizing Language in the Workplace
This workshop highlights the power of language in shaping workplace culture and explores how harmful or dehumanizing language impacts the professional environment. Participants will learn strategies for promoting respectful and inclusive communication.
Each 90 minute workshop costs $1,500.
Corporations of Conscience
Members of our Corporations of Conscience program receive complimentary employee trainings as part of their membership.
