Member Levels
Survivor (Free)
- Available to any Holocaust survivor as per the USHMM definition. Redeemable at the Museum only.
- 1 complimentary guest pass per visit.
Student/Educator ($36)
- Available to any K-12, college, or university student with valid ID. Available to all educators.
- 1 complimentary guest pass annually.
Individual ($54)
- 1 named member.
- 1 complimentary guest pass annually.
Dual ($90)
- 2 named members.
- 2 complimentary annual guest passes.
Family ($190)
- 2 named members.
- Includes admission to Museum programs and events (exclusions may apply).
- 4 complimentary annual guest passes.
- Free admission for up to 4 household children under age 17.
Special Discounts
Seniors, active military, veterans, and Museum volunteers get a $5 discount on member levels. *All Educator, Student, Veteran, and Senior membership discounts must be redeemed in person at the Museum Welcome Desk with a valid ID.
Guardians of Remembrance Society
Guardians of Remembrance Society members are among the closest and most dedicated members of our Museum family. Their support allows us to organize educational programs, host public programs, conserve valued Museum artifacts, ensure that the Museum’s permanent Holocaust exhibition remains engaging and accessible for all visitors, and more. Our Guardians of Remembrance play a crucial role in preserving this special Museum and helping us to enact positive change in the St. Louis region and beyond. FAQs: Museum Membership
How do I use my membership benefits?
Present a form of valid ID at the Museum Welcome Desk when you arrive and your member benefits will be automatically applied. For special programs, events, and exhibition previews, watch for exclusive member invitations via email. Your 10% gift shop discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Can I include guests with my membership?
Yes! Guest passes are included with all memberships (except Survivor memberships, which provide 1 guest pass per visit):
- Survivor membership: 1 complimentary guest per visit
- Student/Educator, Individual: 1 complimentary guest pass annually
- Dual: 2 complimentary guest passes annually
- Family: 4 complimentary guest passes annually + free admission for up to 4 household children under 17
- Guardians of Remembrance (Gold and above): Additional guest tickets (5-20 tickets depending on level)
Guest passes are valid for admission to the permanent Holocaust exhibition and Impact Lab. Some special exhibitions or programs may require additional fees for guests.
How do I renew my membership?
Visit the membership page, log in to your account, and click “renew membership”. You can also renew your membership by calling 314-442-3711 during business hours or in person by visiting the Museum’s welcome desk. You will need a form of valid ID.
Can I upgrade my membership level?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Contact us at [email protected] or call 314-442-3711. You will pay the difference between your current level and the new level, and your new benefits begin immediately, with your membership expiration date extending from the date of the upgrade 12 months forward.
