Museum Admission

The museum offers a range of exhibits and programs aimed at educating visitors about the Holocaust and promoting understanding and tolerance. Read below for info on tickets for admission, events, memberships, tours, gift cards, and donations.

The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum is a proud partner of Bank of America’s Museums on Us program. During the first full weekend of each month, Bank of America cardholders receive free admission. Details and exclusions here.

The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum is a Blue Star Museum! Between Armed Forces Day and Labor Day, active members of the military receive free admission to the Museum, plus up to 5 of their family members. Details here.

Museum Tickets

Get tickets for admission, events, memberships, tours, gift cards, and donations.

  • Adults (18-64): $12
  • College Student (with ID): $10
  • Senior (65+): $10
  • Veteran: $10
  • Young Adults (10-17): $6

Impact Lab Sessions

The Museum offers facilitated Impact Lab sessions each Saturday at 2 pm.

  • Adults (18-64): $3
  • College/University Student (with ID): $3
  • Senior (65+): $3
  • Veteran: $3
  • Young Adults (10-17): $2

Guided Tours

The Museum offers public educator-led tours of the permanent Holocaust exhibition each Sunday at 2 pm.

From June to August, tours will also be offered on Mondays at 12pm. Tickets are limited so purchase in advance.

Group Visits

The Museum regularly hosts school group tours and community group tours. Please allow 7-10 days for us to respond to your inquiry.

The Holocaust Museum offers student, family, educator, individual, and dual membership options.

Refund Policy

For Individual Ticket Purchases: 

Tickets are eligible for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the ticketed experience. If a request is submitted less than 24 hours prior to the ticketed experience’s start time, tickets may be rescheduled for a later date, but a refund will not be provided. 

For Group Ticket Purchases: 

Group visit tickets are eligible for a full refund up to one week prior to the start of the ticketed experience. If a request is submitted less than one week prior to the ticketed experience’s start time, tickets may be credited towards a future visit, but a refund will not be provided. This policy applies to unused tickets as part of a group visit, as well.
